Book ahead of the date

Balustrades
Push on every balcony balustrade. A loose one is a fall hazard and has been found here.
Under the sinks
Run every tap and look underneath. A leaking waste only shows when the fitting is used.
Fittings present
Mirrors, guides and hardware actually installed rather than pending.
Gas and services
Capped where connections are not yet made.
Finishes
Brickwork cleaned, joints caulked, tiles intact.
